Being local means we’re on the same time, you don’t need to look at a clock and figure what time it is where you are calling, if you are working so are we. ACU Web plans to be very active in the local community and we started that process by joining the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is very active in the community and we hope to help them and learn by their example.

We use technology to make sure we don’t miss anything. We get emails on our cell phones and office lines forward to cell phones as well. So even if we are not in the office we are available. The only time someone wont answer is if they are already in a meeting with another client. That way we we are sitting down with you to work on your project you get our full attention.

Flexible Scheduling

We know how busy everyone is these days. We try to keep a flexible schedule so that we can meet people at their convenience We’ll even meet on nights and weekends if that is the only time available.

We’ll meet you and work with you personally through the whole process.

You’ll work with one person through the whole process. That person will sit down with you through the planning stages to make sure all the wrinkles are ironed out and that person will come meet with you whenever you need to discuss the project face to face. Meeting in person can be a much more efficient way to make sure everyone is on the same page. We take advantage of that at ACU Web.

Everyday we are excited about our jobs. Getting into this business started as a hobby and grew into a profession. It really stemmed from art and drawing, it was fun to find a way to apply creative minds to something businesses can use. And believe it or not programming is fun too, working out a plan and realizing it is very fulfilling. We really do love what we do.
